Inline colour measurement with optimised IPM spectrophotometer
The industrial spectrophotometer IPM from ColorLite comes with completely newly developed software.
With a new touch screen interface, the device works completely autonomously now and does not require an additional computer. The convenient software for the inline measuring system allows the display of live measured values, trend display, as well as target and actual values directly on the device. The measured values can be operated and analysed directly on the line.
ColorLite uses stable and durable high-performance LEDs and spectral colour measurement technology to illuminate the samples. This combination guarantees the most precise measurement results and a long service life. This is particularly advantageous in harsh industrial environments and for inline measurement tasks for quality assurance.
With a wide range of industrial interfaces (Profibus, -net, Ethernet, RS232/485), all common output formats are served. A connection to higher-level databases as well as the control of machine parameters are part of the scope of services.
For use directly on the production line, the components are robustly installed in a very sturdy and protective aluminium housing in accordance with the requirements.
In combination with the basic device and various accessories, the IPM system is suitable for all industries.
